Therapeutic Touch Professional Associates (TTPA) Meetings
Meetings fall 2011 through spring of 2012: Thursdays, September 8, October 6, February 2, April 5. This year our theme is "Journey of a Therapeutic Touch Practitioner". We will have a panel, questions and discussion. September 8, "First Steps; October 6, "Moving Ahead with a Mentor"; February 2, "Continuing Explorations"; April 5, Self Evaluation of Therapeutic Touch Survey, SETTS. TTPA Meetings are held from 6:30 to 8:30 pm at the Theosophical Society Library, 717 Broadway East, Seattle, WA. These meetings begin with a centering meditation, followed by a presentation on a TT topic and discussion, which is always lively. During the rest of the time we exchange TT treatments. TTPA Annual Retreat and Meeting: Saturday, March 10, 2012 at the Whidbey Institute. Register here. Peggy Frank from British Columbia will be the speaker. Peggy has introduced Therapeutic Touch into areas of Africa where the technique is similar to native healing work and therefore, readily accepted. She will speak of her experiences and intersperse self care techniques that we can participate in and bring ourselves deeper into the process of TT. There will be time to explore the beautiful grounds of the Whidbey Institute and a delicious lunch is included in the cost of the day.
Practitioner Gatherings
